Venice Beach

Watercolor

This is a sketch of an early afternoon on a typical Saturday at Venice Beach, which is in Los Angeles, California. I believe this is what makes cities charming: creating a setting for a wide mix of people - locals and tourists, friends and strangers - to meet and interact with each other in a relaxed setting.
